Terms of Service

My goal was to make these terms as simple to read and understand as possible for those of us without law degrees, lol. They’re here to make sure you’re cool with what you’re signing up for and that I’m able to maintain a sustainable teaching system. Thanks for reading and I hope to start working with you very soon. <3

General Terms

A. Our First 30 Days: If, within the first 30 days, either the Student or the Instructor determines that the Program isn’t a good fit, a full refund can be requested and will be issued via the original payment method. After this 30-day window, refunds are no longer available. Because the Student retains access to the digital intellectual property and curriculum materials for the remainder of the year, and due to the limitations of the teaching software, no refunds will be issued after the 30-day mark.

B. Supportive Learning Environment: To protect our learning community, at any point in the program, the Instructor reserves the right in extremely rare cases to adjust a Student’s participation access to the live components of the Program (including group calls, 1-on-1 sessions, and community forums). This occurs only in extremely rare cases of persistent harassment or a fundamental breakdown in the teacher/student relationship that prevents progress and reasonable working conditions. At least one preventative conversation would be had before such action is taken. Finally, even in such cases, every effort would be made to continue to provide the student with personalized support through asynchronous communication during the remainder of their studies.

C. Your Learning License: Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use program materials for your own growth. Students are asked to respect the efforts of the Instructor by refraining from unauthorized duplication or distribution of program materials.

Access to Instructor & Office Hours

A. Current Format of Office Hours: Students currently have access to office hours in the form of 1-on-1 sessions booked in 20-minute intervals. This format may occasionally be evolved (e.g., to group "hot seats") to better serve the learning community. The Instructor will always provide notice before making these shifts, and every effort will be made to provide additional transition support to those who need it.

B. Fair Use Policy: Purposefully, no rigid cap has been placed on session scheduling. I understand that the creative process varies greatly over time and what is needed one week can easily differ to what is needed the next. A frequency of attending office hours at least once per month is recommended (not mandatory). To ensure everyone has a chance to get on the calendar, if scheduling frequency begins to limit access for other students (i.e multiple calls weekly for multiple weeks in a row), I may reach out to troubleshoot alternative ways to get your needs met, and to find a more balanced rhythm for your calls.

C. Meeting Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible so another student can take that opening.

Disclaimer of Outcomes

While I am fully committed to providing the best tools and guidance possible, I cannot guarantee specific financial or timeline-based outcomes. Your experience is a reflection of your individual implementation and the unique nature of your work. The Student accepts full responsibility for their own decisions made during the Program and beyond.
